About Enzyax

Enzyax is an independent reference site on digestive enzymes, published by Nabus Research. We're new and deliberately small: we'd rather publish a few well-sourced pages than a large catalog of thin ones.

How we approach evidence

We separate 4 tiers of confidence: what's well documented (like lactase for lactose intolerance); what's mixed evidence (like alpha-galactosidase for gas and bloating); what's limited evidence (like protease for general high-protein-diet support); what's out of scope for OTC (like exocrine pancreatic insufficiency). We try to say which tier we're in on every page. Separately, some pages (like our buying guide) are labeled "Framework, not a ranking" — that's a page-type description, not a clinical evidence tier: it marks buying-guide pages that give readers a method for evaluating any product themselves — what to compare, in what order — rather than presenting or ranking specific branded products.

How this site makes money

Enzyax may in the future carry affiliate links to specific enzyme products. Commercial relationships never determine which products we describe favorably, and we disclose affiliate relationships clearly wherever they appear — see our affiliate disclosure.
